Hundredweight is made up of award-winning senior creatives and producers. Unlike larger agencies, we don’t have a B-team – which means our best creatives will be working with you from day one. And working closely. Because in our experience the best results come from listening to people. As a small, agile agency, we also choose to build bespoke teams around each project. Our Leadership

Martin Stone

Martin has more than 25 years of experience in film and design – both here in Australia and over in the UK. He started out in music video and TVC production, working with Propaganda and RSA films. Before establishing Hundredweight, for 15 years he was a founding director at Wishart Design in Sydney, a highly respected design studio. Today he’s our Client and Production Manager, and has been in charge of rolling out some of our largest and most complex jobs. He’s worked with many notable brands including Ernst & Young, Airbnb, Optus, and M&C Saatchi New York.

Stephen Robertson

Stephen is Co-Creative Director, and an expert in building brands. He started his career as a Graphic Designer in London, and worked in a range of creative agencies across retail, finance, property and publishing before moving to Sydney in 2009. With a strong foundation in visual identity, Stephen takes the lead on many of our strategic re-brands, creative campaigns, photographic art direction, digital design and spatial experiences. He’s worked with many progressive brands, including Westpac, Bupa and Airbnb.

Craig Devitt

Craig’s a proud Canadian, and the other half of our Co-Creative Directorship. He spent many years working in San Francisco, where he developed an in-depth understanding of what it means to articulate brands in a digital landscape. Now, he’s known for creating integrated and evocative brand experiences. Over the years, Craig has earned a number of awards and worked with a long list of influential clients – including Apple, Coca-Cola, Volkswagen, Sun Microsystems and Westfield.
