A thriving commercial precinct, designed by Bates Smart Architects and developed by Winten Property Group, 1 Denison is home to visionary organisations such as Microsoft, SAP and Nine.

Working alongside CBRE, Hundredweight developed the 1 Denison brand experience and created a variety of engagement campaigns throughout the lobby space and building portal app. This included event promotions, exhibitions, the wellness space launch as well as activating the lobby’s impressive digital screens.

As part of an ongoing series of digital art activations, we created a set of animation to celebrate 1 Denison’s growing business community. A complex network of connections grow to form a dense swirling point cloud traversed by flowing rivers of golden light – our brand expression for the blooming, interconnected community within the building and the wider North Sydney precinct.

Within one year of making a bold statement on North Sydney’s skyline, 1 Denison has become a world-class commercial precinct. In celebration of the building's rapid success, Hundredweight created a special anniversary book as a gift to the thriving business community within. Stunning photography showcases unique design features such as the dissolving crown and raking facade, the through-site-link connecting to the future metro station, the state-of-the-art facilities, as well as community events and activations. Infographics highlight construction achievements, the visionary architecture and progressive nature of the building – all case bound with tactile materiality, metallic foil embellishments and a unique flat-lay binding technique.
