Creating a sense of differentiation from other residential developments, the brand and marketing material demonstrated close attention to the finer details of design. Reflective of the high quality interior design and finishes, the brochure concept focused on layering materiality and tailored page sizes.
The surrounding greenery and natural light within the CGI's was complimented by a Forest Green paper stock, emphasising the leafy village feel of the area. Aerial photography of the adjacent parklands provided the perfect backdrop for a highly crafted and bespoke wordmark and monogram.
